By using FixFlow AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Who We Are

FixFlow AI is an independent company that builds and distributes AI tools to help small businesses, individuals, and educators streamline operations using automation and artificial intelligence.

  • We are not affiliated with OpenAI, though our bots are built using OpenAI technology.

  • All bots are provided “as-is,” and we reserve the right to modify or remove them at any time.

3. Free Bots & Donations

  • Our bots are offered 100% free to use.

  • We do not require registration, payment, or user data to access them.

  • If you choose to donate, a portion of donations (between 20% and 50%) is given to a featured charity each month. The remainder supports our mission of bringing ethical AI into classrooms.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages or bots may include affiliate links, which may earn us a small commission if you purchase through them.

  • These links do not affect the quality or objectivity of any bot, recommendation, or content.

  • We only recommend tools and products we’ve vetted or believe to be genuinely helpful.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use FixFlow AI Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Interfere with the operation of our site or bots

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our AI tools

  • Use our bots for harmful, deceptive, or exploitative purposes

  • Upload or input illegal, violent, or offensive material

  • All content on our site (including text, branding, images, and custom bots) is owned or licensed by FixFlow AI.

Use of AI tools comes with inherent risks; you assume full responsibility for how you use them.

FixFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
This includes—but is not limited to—data loss, financial harm, or missed business opportunities.

Continued use of FixFlow AI after changes means you accept the new Terms. The latest version will always be available on our site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
